MEMPHIS, Tenn. – One man was rushed to the hospital after a crash on I-40 Saturday morning.
It happened around 5:30 a.m. on I-40 westbound, at the Chelsea exit. Memphis police told FOX13 two vehicles crashed.
One driver was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
MPD later told FOX13 Robert Marshall was charged with DUI, public intoxication, failure to exercise due care, reckless driving and marijuana possession.
The interstate was closed for a long time Saturday morning, but reopened just after 10:30 a.m.
