SAN BERNARDINO: Man shot at suspected pot dispensary
A man was wounded in a shooting at a suspected marijuana dispensary Sunday afternoon in San Bernardino, police said.
The shooting happened about 1 p.m. in the 4300 block of North Sierra Way, said San Bernardino police Lt. Rich Lawhead.
A man went to the location and tried to purchase marijuana. When they refused to sell it to him, he returned with some friends and a shooting occurred, Lawhead said.
The victim suffered gunshot wounds to both arms and was taken to Loma Linda University Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries, Lawhead said.
The shooter remains at large, he said.
The victim’s name was not released.
