TUSCALOOSA, Ala. —
A search warrant executed in Tuscaloosa led to the seizure of two and a half pounds of marijuana, firearms and more.
Officers executed the warrant on November 3 at a residence on Watermelon Road. Marco Howard Formby, 47, was charged with trafficking marijuana, unlawful possession of cocaine, failure to affix tax stamp, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence and receiving stolen property.
He is being held at the Tuscaloosa County Jail on $1,547,000.
